suggest a complete system overhaul, look on OCN's sale fourms since alot of people are selling off 955's to 1100t's, a lot are in package deals.
He already has a 530w though!

One final thing. Whats your opinion on 5870 vs 6950?

I play mostly games like BFBC2, HL2, Crysis 2, and the like.
6950 2GB I'm assuming? If it unlocks to a 6970, yes, it will beat a 5870 and be worth the $275.

But the 1GB model is better than a 5870. It gets around the same performance(maybe a frame or 2 less in like 2 games), and $240 isn't much to ask for a brand new card with 5870 performance. Either card will be worth it.

a 530 Raidmax PSU...pure garbage TBH...it wouldnt put out anywhere near its stated capacity without going or power surges that could damage your other computer components...
