In the market for a new PSU.

With my HD 5970 coming in sometime soon I'll be needing a new power supply.

I only have a few preferences:
Must be non-modular. It makes my case look much more clean and increases airflow.
Must be either Black or White. I dislike other colors in this case, it needs more eyecandy.
Must have a top fan, not a rear fan. They seem to usually run cooler.
Must be at least 750 watts. I know that my system doesn't need that much but I'd like some room for overclocking and adding new hardware in the near future.
In order to help future proof it must also have at least 2x8-pins and 2x6-pins.

The budget:
I'm not looking to spend more than $125. If it could be around $100 or less that would be excellent.

Current choice:

Thanks for your help OCN!

If you want a non modular PSU, the TP-750 won't do, as it is modular.
I'm assuming you meant you want a modular unit though, since you said it makes your case cleaner. In that case the TP-750 will do fine, but most of its wires are hard-wired, just so you know. As far as modularity goes, it's not a great unit. Edit: but it is the best deal you're going to find on any 750W unit.
Here's an alternative: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817256059

Ah, my mistake, I did not notice it was modular. I didn't look at all of the pictures.
I actually want a non-modular one though.

Explain? How does a non modular PSU make your case look cleaner and increase airflow?

One big cable goes right through to my side panel.
I just turn the PSU upside down and all cables are fed into the cable management.

No, the Corsair TX750 is a worse unit than that XFX mentioned earlier in every way. If for some reason you insist on having a Corsair, then get the Corsair TX750V2. Internally it's identical to that XFX, and it has a 5-year warranty over XFX's 3.

All that I really care about right now is quality, however I still have a budget. I can't afford to have my system die on me.

I didn't realize that the XFX PSU was a high-quality unit, I thought it was mediocre. If it's that good of a unit I'll pick one up.
