Haha, you are about right...I vary anywhere from about 200fps to 1000fps at the most, or at least that what fraps is claiming...
Here are some updates with my fan controller finally installed. It helps me control the extremely loud fan in front of the graphics cards that otherwise stays loud. I turn it down when I'm not gaming as the graphics cards get no hotter than 30 degrees when they arent under any load.
I have the first knob also hooked up to the led strip I installed on the inside, so I can control the intensity of the light and turn it off completely when I sleep. The quieter fans and fewer bright freakin' lights in the corner of my room are very welcome in helping me sleep...
The only light in there that is on are the fan controller's LEDs, which are very bright so i need to find a way to darken them a bit, and the CPU fan which is a very dim pleasing green light, which is barely an issue.
In this last pic is my Logitech G35 used for gaming, my Razer Mamba used for FPS, my wired Xbox controller I use for piloting and driving in Bad Company 2, and my Dre Beats Pro's I use for music. I also have my Logitech x-530's set up. They aren't amazing, but the quality and power(especially of the bass) is more than enough for my apartment/dorm...I have already gotten a few RA complaints so until I move into my own place, I wont need much more than them, haha.
I don't know what else I want to do to it...I am pretty happy with the set-up so far. I will need a new keyboard soon, a new webcam, I want to hunt down some wireless headphones comparable to the G35's, so far I am comparing the Logitech g930's and the new Razer ones that are supposed to be wireless, but I had the G930's already and though the quality of my G35's is amazing, the g930's gave some really bad hissing and feedback through the mic so I will have to see if they fixed it.
You guys have any suggestions to consider for the coming months?
