Is my ASUS 5770 supposed to be this loud?

I know for sure this isn't a casefan or the heatsink since it doesn't sound like this when I run Prime 95. Here is what it sounds like:

Is it supposed to sound like this?

I have two 5770s and used to use a profile setting to adjust the fan speeds up, because they ran pretty hot from what I was used to, but never really loud. What model is it exactly?

65c is low for these cards on load, so not to worry there. You can manualy adjust the fan speed down for it to be quieter. If its a reference design, the fan is supposed to be loud. I remember my 8800gt used to sound like a jet engine, was running close to 100c on load (when cleaned more like 90) for about 2 years, and its still running now in my cousins computer. Though with fan adjustment, and if temps dont exceed 80, though 70c to be safe, you should be golden.

So if I am at like 75 degrees on load, am I still safe?
