^^ This one?

NCIX is the only supplier in Canada that lists it and they have no stock.

Actually Canada Computers has them listed as well, but again no stock.
Yep, that's the AP-15.

That is the one..and you won't really find AP-15 or 14 in stock anywhere..going to have to be an inside job from a tech forum marketplace likely..however it is by far the best fan in your criteria, and there is nothing even in the hemisphere with it.

those have 3.90mmH20 static pressure at about 75CFM.

Other than that, people rave about the gentletyphoons but I have no experience with them. If the Scythe slipstream has high enough static pressure(maybe 2.50mmH20+) then I would get two of those. I don't think they are that high though, maybe 1.25.

The largest help is having a shroud between the push fan and radiator.

Also, the Antec tri-cools have surprisingly high static pressure (2.54mmH20@79CFM) if you can deal with the noise.

Thermaltake A1280 is another 78CFM design, but with 2.97mmH20. It ends up being what noise level you prefer or using a fan controller.

The fatter 38mm Deltas are good with a controller. They have upwards of 5mmH20 static pressure because they are so wide. Not sure about the Kaze but it's up there.

I just noticed you need a 4 pin. I recommend the cooler masters 100%. Best of both worlds - high CFM and static pressure plus 4 pin.

Are you using a Y-splitter and putting both fans on one channel? If so, how many Watt per channel does your fan controller have?

No, I require 3 pin connectors (the fan controller supports them native). I currently have a couple of 4 pin fans that I cannot connect to my new fan controller without some modifications.

I know lots of people love the ap15 but honestly - the cooler masters I have are 20db and 70cfm. They are GREAT.

EDIT: model for mine are Sickle flow 120, 2000RPM blue LED fan - 3pin connectors!

Blue wire is PWM. It wouldn't go on the wrong way anyways, there are two guides.

If it won't physically fit(only space for 3 pin connectors side by side) then I'm out of answers lol. Time for an adapter wire or 3 pin fan. The A-1280 is 3 pin I think.

dazmode.com has some, 20 a pop plus shipping though.

Quietpcs is in NZ i think but it worked out to be about the same as dazmode, maybe a little cheaper.

I don't trust CM specs after seeing how inaccurate the R4 specs were.
