This.

I've personally used this case and found it superb in the areas of air flow, space, cable management and looks.

How does the CM 690 II compare to Lancool's K62? Which would would be easier to work in with a 6950? Cable Management? c_sioufi mentioned that the CM 690 II wins, can anyone say it has better management?

I third this! When I was shopping for a new case, it was down between these two. I chose the K-62, and I couldn't be happier. I am just speaking from experience. The sleek black look, good fans, great tool-less features, quality, and overall coolness of the case won for me!

I have seen both of these and to me, the quality of the Lian Li is far better than the Coolermaster. Don't get me wrong, the CM690 is a great case, but with the current markdown of $30 and free shipping on the K-62, it is a better deal.
It's so little!

I like how that case is configured especially with the 2 120mm fans in front - Cooler Master can definitely learn a thing or two or three from this case.

Now this case doesn't have the LED on/off switch - but an easy mod.

Im very fond of it too but I would prefer a quiet and good airflow case more. And the haf 922 isnt on sale anymore =[
The only thing I don't like about the k62 is that all the LEDs are blue. I don't want to spend extra just to replace blue LED fans with red because it'll be a waste of money. That's why I also considered the HAF 912. I can hit $100 budget by buying extra fans to it.
