notebook coolers?

hey guys, my gf wants to buy a laptop cooler but neither of us have any idea about brands/models/etc. can anyone run off a list of decent coolers at the 25-35 AUD price point? nothing spectacular, everything is at stock speeds. iirc its an i5-520m + 5670

thanks

Hay mate, here where I live there are quite a few notebook coolers, but there are random brands that you may have never heard of and probably can't find.
You should just search one with a 120mm fan (to be effective), below 1000RPM speed (to be silent) and to have the tilt and No of USB ports you find useful. If you can post a few options so OCNers might choose between what you have available.
cheers

note sure what's available in australia, but the nicest/most impressive notebook cooler i have seen in person is the
Zalman ZM-NC2000.

It's nearly silent, and very well made, but expensive.

Youre notebook will 'feel' cooler on the outside, but unless the fans are blowing directly on the heatsink or air intake vents, it's not much of an improvement.
Before buying a notebook cooler, try pointing a room fan at your notebook to see if the temp drops.
