If you're on a budget, you really don't need the 2600k. The 2500k is a very good gaming cpu, unless of course you do editing and rendering.

almost done changing up updating my build now all i need is ram...
can anyone recommend a good ram for my 2500k setup?

Motherboard can be anything you choose, but RAM, you will need to go for dual channel.

yeah for crossfire you would need the Asus P8P67 pro or equivelant

You might want to get a full tower instead of a midtower...more room for air to move around, more room for SLI/Xfire.
