Memory slot clearance with Hyper 212 blowing out the top

ASUS P8P67 Pro
G.SKILL Ripjaws (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314)
Hyper 212 Plus

Because this case has two 140 mm fans on top, I'd like to orient the Hyper 212 to blow up instead of out the back. I'm concerned that it wouldn't leave clearance for the G.SKILL Ripjaws memory in slots A2 and B2. I understand that the fan can be mounted higher, but it seems like the heatsink itself might block the memory in this orientation. Can anyone with a similar setup confirm one way or the other?

Move the 120mms to the top and use the 140mms on the back.

Parts came today. In case anyone else cares, the heatsink doesn't block the memory in either orientation.
