Conclusion:
The Logitech C510 Webcam is well worth the cost, it’s a quality product that offers very good performance for the cost.

The C510 has many of the features and then some that anyone could want in a webcam.

The included carrying case is a nice added touch so you can take it with you wherever your go.

That sounds about right. The lack of auto-focus and weak light compensation puts this solidly in the mid-range.
Getting fancy with dual-mics or 1080p or servo focus would be a decent upgrade.

protip: the carrying case fits my Microsoft Mobile 3500 mouse very well

Haha, I got one of these for free from a Best Buy pricing mistake. It's a great webcam.

I own this webcam, and it's pretty good. It's annoying that it doesn't support Skype HD, but other than that, it works well.

I will be purchasing the C910 instead of this unit. While they are both great webcams I simply feel that the C910 is superior not only in Features but also in Support.

Just curious, how much did you guys buy this webcam for? I got mine for 30 USD AR and I feel that it is pretty good for the price :]

Only thing is that 720p video chat with Skype isn't supported. The webcam doesn't have a built-in HD video encoder :'(
