Hi and welcome to OCN.

Even if you can find some settings, those will not work for you since the temps and components doesn't work the same.

You need do some steps before start to overclock, disable the following options in your BIOS.

1- C1E Support
2- Cool'n'Quite
3- Turbo Core
4- PCI-E Spread Spectrum

Since the 1055T is a locked CPU, you need slow down the DRAM multiplier to rise the FSB.

I don't understand why so many people have problems with clocking the so called 'locked' processors?

All i did was mess a little around with the voltages, oc'd the ram used a 'pre-set profile'. had the core clock running happily at 4.2ghz with my ram at 2000mhz.

Highest temperature ever i recorded at a lanparty in blisteringly hot weather, was 59 degrees. Scared me a little but i just cranked up all the fans on my fan controller and it didn't take it long to cool back down.

As a general rule i really had no idea what i was doing but it works ^_^

You sir need 1600Mhz RAM to properly overclock the 1055T. Otherwise you likely won't reach 4Ghz. At 4Ghz you need 286-300 bus clock which aligns perfectly with 1600Mhz operation, but not 1333Mhz. You will be held back.

You need do some steps before start to overclock, disable the following options in your BIOS.

1- C1E Support
2- Cool'n'Quite
3- Turbo Core
4- PCI-E Spread Spectrum
Those two are power-saving features that more often don't do anything to your OC, work, and are useful at increasing CPU lifetime. I run my 4Ghz OC with both CnQ and C1E enabled, with zero issues, on an older 790X chipset. No need to disable these. Turbo Core never really worked properly for me so you might want to keep that off also, not very useful for OC
