DVI and HDMI are the same thing video wise. HDMI is DVI with audio. So they will look exactly the same.

Ah alright. So basically DVI/DVI is the best for this. Glad that's out of the way! Now to just get it at $240...

Yeah I believe you just missed the 25% off dell ultrasharp panels by a day as I believe the promotion ended 3/16. But you can check.

Just saw that... I chatted with a dell rep and unfortunately it's over. Oh well. I'm not buying it for $320+tax when I could get it for $240+tax

I was just about to mention that, I was under the impression it ended today though, and if that's the case you can use the coupon in the above thread for 25% off all Ultrasharp monitors, so you can get a U2311 for something like $240 + tax.

120hz / 23.97 fps = movie amazingness. Just so happens 29.97 goes into 120 as well

not to mention its no gaming slouch either.
