I just received my HAF 932 for my sig build, and I was wondering, do I plug the Molex power connectors into my PSU, and the fan header into the MB?

I prefer big case fans directly to be connected to the psu. I dont even know if a 200mm fan can be connected to mobo to be honest.

But if I connect it directly to the PSU, will it always be at 100%?
