Mosfet Temps??

Thread Starter
Hello friends. I have just successfully overclocked and held prime at 3.85Ghz for one hour now. My max CPU temp was 49C and my Mosfet ( if it is TMPIN2 like I beilieve it is) was 61C but it normally when I looked was around 55C. My mosfet idles at 34C. So my question is how hot is too hot. I just got mosfet heat sink (Mos-c1) x20. So am I good? I am still a noobie when it comes to temps. I know the CPU should be fine.

That is around the same area my MOSFETs load, only a bit higher.
Since you have a MOSFET heatsink on a quality 4+1 phase I'd say you're good; I just don't recommend suicide-running it by passing 1.6V or so

Oh I am not suiciding it. I am running at 1.47V so I think I am good.

Edit: Also I am running auto ram timings, Should I try to tighten them now that I have it stable? Also how do you tighten them?
