IMO you're spending way too much on a cpu. Get an Athlon II triple or quad, it'll be more than sufficient. Especially for a build that you'll replace in 6 months.

I'm over budget alittle but I think this would be a BA system until BD came out

The reason Im over is I spared no expense on the parts, also, I saw in your build that you wanted to use a Rosewill PSU, I wouldn't do that, after owning one, get something worth spending your money on, and it for sure isnt a Rosewill PSU...

The TigerDirect system is an EXTREMELY BAD IDEA. Never buy DIY combo kits anywhere, they're put together without proper research. My suggestion in a moment...
And all you guys need to seriously stop with your extremely bad ideas of pairing 125W processors with 3+1 power phase
