I have looked at this monitor for a while now.

Main use will be gaming mostly WOW/SC2/ and a few FPSs


Will be buying a monitor tonight...

Ha, sorry.

Just want to make sure that there won't be any ghosting and that this is the correct choice for a gaming monitor around 300$

Now I'm conflicted with this purchase, should I go for a 120Hz monitor instead?

It'll be fine. I've got the monitor and I haven't noticed any ghosting. IMO IPS is much better than a 120Hz TN panel any day.
