Help HD 6970, Diagnoal line while playing bullet storm

Hi guys, i recently update my card to HD 6970 . Diagonal line across the creen when i saw the sun or other lights in game. I test all new unreal T3 game , the issue same. any ideals?

Looks a bit like screen tearing, do you have Vsync enabled. What monitor do you have?

Screen tearing is only horizontal lines, this looks like something else.

I have that too, Drivers should fix that soon. Its a 69xx issue.

No mate, i disable Vsync. I use Sumsang 2232GW. I think not monitor problem. I find all my friends have same issue when play Bullet storm or other new UT3 enginner games with HD 6900 cards.

Yeah I know, but it looks similar, but yeah, i've only seen screen tearing with horizontal lines as well, it was just an idea

I now using catalyst 11.4 preview. maybe catalyst 11.5 can solve it?

I had that on my primary display the first time I installed my 6990 and annoyed the crap out of me. I then started replacing things and I narrowed it down to cheap HDMI cables. I replaced it with better quality HDMI cables and I don't have anymore problems. Just thought to throw it out there since replacing cables with better quality solved my problem.

Well im going though DVI, If its not driver problem the game probably needs to be patched.
