Phenom II 820 Overclocking?? - Page 2

I assume the same as any other good quality board. Probably 3.5-3.6GHz.

I got this chip threw it in last night and jacked it right to 3.5 (250x14) @ 1.35v in bios (1.37 under load).

Do those voltages sound right? Good or bad? Again I'm not sure if I can go lower yet I have yet to test. Will probably test faster speeds before tightening voltages. Just seeing if voltages are ballpark with OP at 260x14.

OC by 5-10 MHz at a time, and test for stability. Prime95 or IntelBurnTest are good for this.

This makes the motherboard much more important for the 820 as it needs to be capable of high HTT.

cheers
Could you recommend a motherboard for me for the cpu? Thanks, I really don't know how to see if it has high HTT (or what that means)
