I'm never buying a roccat product again after the horrible experience I have had with them after buying their first product. I took a gamble by buying it from europe since to rma the product I then need to spend about $40 just to ship it back.
Of course it breaks within a month or two (middle mouse button broke, they then had a revision that fixes this) and of course they tell me to RMA it even though they know it is a problem and wouldn't give me a new one. I just ended up buying a new g500 not to long ago since spending $40 to rma a broken mouse which could just break again in another month for all I know seemed like a waste.
Pretty rude of them I thought since I was probably one of their first customers from NA to try out their products but instead of telling everyone else I know about their products I will tell them to avoid it like the plague.
