How bad will my bottleneck be with

Ok, rebuilding my sig rig. Pretty much set on replacing everything but the motherboard cpu and ram atm. How bad will it bottleneck the GPU, How far would I need to push the CPU to negate it.

The final setup will be
Q6600 Currently at stock due to cooling issues with the Zalman cooler
Hyper 212+ Push pull
Asus P5Q-E
8GB Corsair XMS2
Sapphire Radeon 6950 2GB Unlocked to 6970
Muskin Callisto Deluxe 120GB OS
2 x Samsung F3 1TB's Games,
Samsung F4 2TB
Rosewill Blackhawk Case

Corsair HX 650W Alreading installed since the OCZ is in RMA again

I already have the DDR3 to replace the rest but trying to wait for Socket 2011 or Bulldozer.

it really depends on the games you play. Your cpu should not hold you back in most games though, especially games that utilize a quad. I dont think there is really a definite speed you need to clock it to, just as high as you can. At stock you will be held back in games that are not multithreaded well
