Here are some pictures of the sleeving that i picked up for the build. Those are from MDPC-X. I took gray and Colour-X that matches with the gray of the tubing and the red lightning i will have

...and this is how i'm planning to tie up the Aquaero 5 to actuators (sensors are not show here)
It will also have connection to Flow sensor, temp sensors

and here is the schematic of how to connect it to the ATX 24 pin to MB for controlling shut down just in case

On the HAF will have folloing gear running:
- Gigabyte P67A-UD7 B3 (still on wait list due to sandy bug)
- i7 2600K
- Corsair Vengeance 2x4G 1600 1.5v
- ATI 6970 2G Xfire (2x)
- Saesonic X-760

Waterblocks:
- AquaComputer Kryos HF Copper
- AquaComputer ATI 6970 Full Cover ATI (x2)
- AquaComputer Twin Connect for the above XFire

Rads:
- XSPC RX-360 (goes on top)
- XSPC RX-120 (goes at back exhaust)

Fans:
- Gentle Typhoon 1850rpm 120x120 (will be rpm ctrl)
Reservoir & pump:
- XSPC 2bay 5.25 res for laing D5
- Laing D5-Vario

Coolant and other water related stuff:
- AquaComputer "high flow" FlowMeter
- Koolance Quick-Disconnect V3N (for drain & fill aid)
- AquaComputer Aquaero 5 XT USB + black front (waiting list)
- Hose Tygon silver (anti-bacteria) 13/10mm (4m of hose)
- Silver .999 pure little bars (bacteria/algas natural killer...)
- Innovatek Protect fluid
- Couple of AquaComputer Water Temp sensors
- Various Compression fitting Straight/ 45 deg thread 1/4

Well this shall be main things to pack together once all stuff gets finally in....

As air flow is concerned (as you may see from drawing) i plan to have front and door feeding in freash air from the std. HAF fans (huge 230mm...btw) and have RADs beeing pulled by the Typhoons mounted on them.

If i calculated safely i would have around (worst case) 450W-550W to RAD so i shall be covered with the two RX (which are triple rows) and the typhoons shall do the job with their pretty nice static pressure.

I also planned to use a QDC (quick discoonect) for easier drain (hopefully in far future) just uplugging it and connecting a sparee one to it with loose hose i shall be drainig pretty easily
I also though the same procedure can be used other way aroung to quick fill loop at start keeping hose in the coolant bottle (the pump will suck it up...). when fill i just close the loop back in place with the QDC.

With the FlowMeter, Water Temp Sensors, Air Sensors etc... the Aquaero shall be pretty loaded with real time data to control fans for the optimal temp/silence compromose according to the load and eventually trigger larms (it also control leds of the reservoir depending on the temp sets...)

If someone has similar setup on the HAF / any suggestions before i actually start working it feel welcome to jump in

For the moment that's all...,
cheers to all people passing bye

This is the exact WC plan that I have in mind except the 360 rad. I am getting the 240 rad instead of 360.

Wow, never though there were so many HAF X watercooling builds out there.

Looking at your tubing, it's quite confusing... Are you sure it's the optimal way?

I'm also curious how you managed to bring the top rad to the res/pump... I tried and I was simply not able to

This is what mine looks like at the moment, I'm thinking maybe you could do a one fitting down, one fitting up on the GPU like I did:

Otherwise; amazing build! I hope you manage to get that board and I'm quite interested in how you'll wire that Aquaero...

Color-X fits very nicely with the RED LED's, it's like perfect for that case

But yeah I'm waiting for pics on how you routed your front tubing!!!!

Here are the connectors pinout of most common plugs for whom might be interested

I did this for myself and though to share the schematics

Curtesy of Seasonic Taiwan also please see the schematic of the X-760 "M/B" plugs (the 18pins and the 10pins) used by the Seasonic X-760 Diagram for the two proprietary connecotrs labeled "M/B" that you can see ath the right side of the brick picture below....both of them head into the ATX 24 pin MB Connecor (let's see how)

As you can see this shows also the pretty design of the X-760 where the low power zone and high power zone are divided with the former sitting on top of the other. PLease MIND off the cables are XC AND DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK as i DO NOT TAKE ANY RESP FOR CORRECTNESS OF THE INFO PROVIDED (while it shall be easy 4u to double check it)

Well confusing.. don't know yet...

kevink82 (at page 3) did something very similar to this and it looks just clean. Creadits to his ability!...patience and time will tell

I hope that is not the case when i get my hands on it

My build differs a bit from your as pump is into the res and yes it might be tought to route tubing from there to res since it looks sharp bend but there is some gap to play with (around two 5.25 slots in height), plus i need to fit in there a flow meter, quick disconnect and filter

I plan to use 45 deg fittings in linking res/pump to top rad

What scares a bit instead is the CPU - 120 exh rad which is really really close...will see...i would avoid doing looping around for that which will be orrible
However your bild is very clean indeed, congrats !
And yes good point i plan to do gpu in out as you said (will have two gpu with twin connect in middle)

For pics it will take some time. I'm on air now and still waiting the mobo and other stuff which is on backorder (no idea when that comes in...)

Cheers
