mine set to 3.4 Ghz so far at 50-51c 100% load for 5 hours
cpu voltae (v) - [+0.006]
cpu vtt (v) - [1.092]
cpu pll voltage - [1.810]
dram voltage - [1.506]

EIST - DISABLED
C-STATE - DISABLED
C1E SUPPORT - DISABLED
OVERSPEED - ENABLED
EXECUTE - ENABLED
SET LIMIT CPUID MAX VALUE - DISABLED
INTEL VIRTUALIZATION - DISABLED
INTEL VT - D TECH - DISABLED

MEMORY RATIO [3] 1066 this is the default speed
QPI RATIO [16]

i have h50 p/p with gt ap-14

you can try a multi of 19 and a BLCK of 190 to give you 3.6 Ghz, also try raising the voltage to around 1.3V, Make sure your ram doesn't exceed its native clock speed and lower the QPI multiplier to 16x. You should also rasie the VTT to 1.2V. Run P95 for a few hours with this setup and if it passes, lower the voltage on the cpu incrementally until it doesn't pass anymore, then go on the lowest possible voltage its stable at. Don't use auto voltage for the core.

Try not to exceed 70C if possible but 80C should be the absolute limit. Also, disable all of the power saving features like C1E and Speed Step since they do sometimes help with stability. Keep Load Line Calibration on too.

MSI boards have a strange method of Voltage changing.

You need to find out your CPU's VID. This can be found using core temp.

Then you up the V-core by adding the extra onto the VID... So....

If your VID is 1.1v and you put +0.2500 in V-core your V-core would be 1.35v.

You go in bios and change OC to manual then put your bclk to 190 and your ratio to 20 , change the cpu voltaje between 1.3-1.33v put your ram voltaje at 1.65 v and boot.Let your dram timmings to auto for first time .This voltaje is enought even for 4 ghz bclk 200x 20. If you can put some photo from bios it would be easier for us to help you .

Download CPU-z then and u can check the voltage from there, than as Thereaperwaits said, find the difference and up the voltage till 1.3V and go for 19x 190. How far do you want to overclock?
