When your voltage drops on load, its called V-droop.

Figure out if u have load line calibration enabled in ur bios, if u don't then enable it and that should get rid of the V droop.

Anyway, add something like +0.06V to your Vcore, VTT at 1.2V, and set the cpu at 190x19. Also make sure your Dram's multi is down by 1 notch or make sure that it isn't running above its specified speeds.

Advice: PLL voltage usually shouldn't be messed with since it could easily destroy your cpu. Also never mess with PCI-e speed since it can easily burn out your hard drives.

Edit: +0.06 on core not 0.6!!!!!!!!! Dont do +.6V sorry!

^ After that, you can check temps, run p95 for a few hours and if its stable, try 195x19.
If thats stable, try 200x19 and if thats also stable then you can lower the voltage step by step until it's unstable. After you've figured out your lowest stable voltage, set it at that voltage and you're set

Let us know how it goes

You need something like 1.3V for 3.8-4Ghz on the core so do +0.06V. 1.24+0.06 = 1.3

Lower ur VTT from 1.3V to 1.2! 1.3V is pretty high for VTT
