Low FPS in Black Ops

Thread Starter
I can run MW2 maxed out at about 40-50 fps and even BC2 maxed out at about 30 fps but in black ops for some reason I can only get like 20fps. What is going on confused.gif

Specs:
Celeron E3300
Radeon 5850
2 GB RAM

You trollin?

Overclock the E3300 to at least 3.2Ghz and it'll jump. Furthermore, Black Ops has dual core performance issues.

your cpu is crap....accept it. get a C2D at the very least.

I see its the Celeron. Ya give it a good OC and hope for the best!

Black ops has major performance issues from machine to machine. I have run it on separate machines with same components and seen 30-40 fps differences something is very glitchy with it.

Can you not run it on your sig rig?

even if it hits a world record of 4.2Ghz it will be the same. a Celeron is always a celeron.

You gotta get a better CPU. If you want, maybe up the ram to 4GB.

even if its a dual-core a crapy celeron with a crapy 1MB cache is bad. games always benefit from the CPU cache and you know it.

ps. did someone just edit his post;)?
