You could probably lower that,

I've seen i7 920's with a 0.9 vcore, also, your mistaking undervolting for stock voltage.

Your temps are REALLY high for stock speeds.

It's still really high, It looks as though you've not seated it properly. I'd expect something around 60 at most tbh

OK, you're making this really complicated.

So you are OC'ing your machine, that would explain the 70c on load. Your idle voltages are irrelevant. Set your Vcore to 1.22v and then up it until you get stability.

Also, you need to make all these changes in your BIOS, don't use software based overclocking.

Waaay too hot for that chip. Get an aftermarket cooler pronto or lower that back to stock clocks.
