Pallet 580's? would you be afraid? - Page 2

The Palit cards have two 1.4a mini-HDMI, pretty nifty IF you end up with three monitors you'll be styling in SLI off those HDMI ports. The other manufactures only one mini-HDMI per card.

I personally love my EVGA cards for the warranty, quality, and customer service. Added a high flow bracket and back plate on mine and it's sweet. But I'm partial to EVGA, so I digress.

Palit has a highly overclocked version of GTX 570 Sonic Platinum card I've heard great things about. So if your doing your homework, as I can tell you are, you'll be just fine.

Good choice going with GTX 580's btw, you won't regret it. GTX 580 SLI > AMD 6970 Crossfire, price per performance aside.

If you're going Palit grab the 3GB versions, add 2 more monitors, and Baby You Got A Stew Goin'!

Palit is a decent brand, been around for quite sometimes.
I still have a 3870 and a 4850 kicking strong in my cousins' bad airflow cases.
Never have any problem.

If I bought a 'Pallet' gtx 580 I would be very afraid. Almost as afraid as if I bought an 'Intil' cpu or a 'Gigabite' motherboard

I wouldn't give them the chance. My 460 from them ran super hot and artefacted and crashed a heap. Pissed me off immensly. They wouldn't give me an RMA either.

This XFX one is much better, and the support is better.

nothing wrong with Palit there actually a good brand. I love my Palit gtx480 and when it comes round to when I have to upgrade again I probably get another Palit card. So far Ive had my gtx480 to 935/1880/2060 clocks.
