If you were only cooling a cpu and gpu, then the answer is yes.
The key is the thickness of the rad.
If it was bigger, say like a XSPC RX240 Link then yes.

soooo....go with the xspc rx240? what im wanting to do is install one of these upright but if i put a 360 rad into the top it wont leave me enough headroom to put it in....the compartment is 18 inches tall i think and the helix is 16...

could this possibly work:

having the xspc rx240 on the top just for the video cards,then having the Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultima XT Plus Liquid Cooling Kit back mounted for the processor?

I feel you on the case design issues. I ended up putting most of the heat exchange gear in a homemade case (reason for my username, look me up ).
