I much prefer FF download list than Chromes pop up thingbob cause with FF you can autoclose after download finished

Download an extension called "Neat Bookmarks". It is really sweet cause it makes a drop down bookmarks list

Bah, dont worry about the pwn2own stuff. FF is really secure. Back in the day, it was the only browser that naturally protected users of the paypal certificate exploit and s**t like that. And the p2o guys really did shaft their tricks in every orifice to break the browsers... something that would not have a major impact on normal day to day users
Both Chrome and Mozilla can be trusted to update their browsers to fix any exploits in a timely manner. Both will always have some exploits. It's IE/Safari that takes forever to patch vulnerabilities.

Just got the new firefox, having 2 issues.
First, whenever I launch firefox I get a separate box that says "TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined" and I have to close it before firefox opens, then the url bar doesn't work well, If i type something into it and hit enter it does nothing, I have to manually click the green arrow, a minor gripe but very inconvenient.
Secondly, while the url bar does function as a search bar it is set to bing and I can't find a way to change it to google.

Hoping someone can help me out here.

Edit: first problem has been fixed, it was an error with firefox 4 and the conduit engine and I had the compatibility checker turned off. Can any1 help my url bar search using google instead of bing though?

It was RC1 or RC2 that corrected the tabs in the XP theme. They are now flush with the top of the screen, which is good. A bit improvement in usability from the betas, where you still had to position the cursor correctly to click the tab.

Same exact thing happened to me since the last beta, and RC1, firefox 4 kept freezing when i would just open it, and it would take about 40-60 seconds before it would finally even start loading anything, im having the same issues with RC2, but its a lot less then it was with RC1, so here is to me hoping that the actual release will have that fixed. I get no such lock ups with chrome or 3.6.

I still have some slight freezing problem when playing certain videos online (browser freezes up for 10 seconds or so and then resumes being awesome). This happens very rarely though so it is hardly a problem.

I do, however, hope this gets cleared up in the final.

Its optional as always. But most screenshots have it because people put their addons down there like adblock or download manager
And since you arent getting it. Must mean its an Nvidia issue...
