nb voltage is at 1.15v
ram is running at 2048/667Mhz x4 ddr3_1333

btw i have something called amd IO C-State Support Enabled? what is it?
Nice results! Mine has two less cores and I got in the upper 4's so mid 6's is good!

Google returned this: "A good thing to keep in mind is that every CPU wakeup, even if it's for a trivial light job, reduce the time the CPU stays on a deep power saving C-state (like C3 or C4). Therefore you should ensure your applications stay really idle when they meant to be idle"

Not sure if that's it or not, I never messed with that setting.

Up your NB to 2400mhz, try it at the same voltage, if it doesnt run, up the voltage a notch. I think thats the main reason you cant get your oc stable atm.

After that you can put it up to 2,8 ghz. But you will need to defo up the nb voltage then. I think 3ghz is the sweet spot.

If you need any help with overclocking your 1100t to it's full potential feel free to message me.

In other news. If your 1100T hits 50C it's a wasted OC because the processor is designed to automatically throttle itself back in an attempt to lower the temp.
Try to keep the chip @ 45 or < for the best performance. Even in benchmarks a higher OC may yield lower results if the chip hits 50 and throttles back.
To prevent this you will need a High end Air cooler and i suggest the H50 or H70. It keeps my chip @ 38-40 @ a 3.8ghz OC and 45-49 under full load. Obviously the 40C idle is high but that's what happens when you push 1.45 volts

i can move the nb but i dont know what defo means. also that ninja guy said if i hit 50c ill throttle back anyways so whats the point i mean im sure i wont hit 50c playing dragon age II or 50% cpu but still id like to hit 4.0 stable so should i go ahead and try to up the nb to 2.4 then run p95 for 5 min?

btw when you guys say idle thats just with no programs running right?
if so im idling at 24-25c

Download Intel Burn Test, its based on LinX and it will stress the CPU more in that short period of time, Prime95 should be run for hours on end to get any errors.

Defo= definately = me being lazy
And NB temps dont affect cpu temps as its 2 different chips. Its just makes your memmory to cpu bandwith faster afaik.

Exactly. Idle temps don't matter too much, it's load that you want to be concerned with.
