Try it on high settings and more than 5 loops. High max core temps though there. The cpu voltage needs to go down.

this is with 2.4nb nb voltage didnt go up still at 1.15 and still at 3.8ghz

you want me to keep settings and push harder?

if im reading correctly first we want to drop the vcore down to then start trying to bring up the overall speed?

Try these settings for 4GHz:

fsb-200/multi-20
CPU@1.4v
CPU/NB-2600MHz@1.35v
RAM-1333MHz with the timings as tight as you can get them(mine is 7-7-7-20@1.7v)

Take out that Kingston and just use the G-Skill. Looks like you have different timings for each set of RAM and that could be causing problems. Your RAM might not play well together.

Just be carefull remember you have no mosfet cooling, and it gets pretty hot there, thereby affecting your CPU temp as well. Dont go over 1,4 vcore Id say.

And true, ram is holding you back quite some
