help removing male 8-pin eps pins

I want to change the clear 8-pin eps housing on my extension cable. I can remove the female pins easily but I can't figure out how to get the male pins out. I would really appreciate some help.

Any suggestions? I suppose I could just smash the housing but I don't want to damage the pins.
