I get really bad stuttering every couple of minutes with the newest drivers and beta drivers....really sucks. Better FPS but my 5 month old ones were much better. Only happens with DA 2.

Can't run on my card on very high because I only get 18 fps, but if I disable tessellation I get 30 fps.

They really need to fix this.

It's not worth stating the obvious anymore but apparently the obvious isn't so for some people. Never buy a game on launch.

Have you tried the 'Nvidia 267.24 Beta' driver yet?

(Yes I really like that song...)

EDIT: Doesn't fix a single one of my problems, still broken textures.. still unplayable crap.

Bioware...Screw you.

You have no concern for PC gamers, I think it's more of a insult they release a unplayable PC game, then just send it to consoles.

I will never purchase from you again.

P.S: The story is crap, for your next game why don't you just skip this crap, and make a game where I can play as a hamburger flipper... at least the story isn't all acting like it's going somewhere or there is some epic battle to start.
i'd like, by Freshly Ground.

good times

so the game will pause on its own?

I'm not necessarily trying to defend Bioware here, as they obviously made a bit of a blunder, but these kind of over reactions are becoming a plague on OCN.
To the first guy, no I didn't apply the high res patch, although I downloaded it.

I have heard of even more issues with the high res pack.

To this guy who I am quoting.
--

I really don't know how to respond to this. I have a example I like to use when people end up doing bad things with good intent.

Intent is immaterial, actions are not.

If someone gave me $3k, I would care about the intent of the person, but it wouldn't matter, I now own $3k, and nothing can be done about getting it back.

Now let's put that in this situation.

If I payed $60 for a game, and the game became crap, which "MAGICALLY" seems to work with ATI, and a lot of other problems are non existent in ATI cards on this game, I couldn't care less about the intent, I don't care if they did it to save money, time or even because they wanted to add another feature.

I couldn't care less, what I care about as a consumer IS THE PRODUCT.

And the PRODUCT is Crap. It was rushed, forced, and crammed into a game.

Remember some very bad people had good intents, but also remember that not doing anything about it says a lot. If they really didn't mean for it to happen, they would tell us it's being fixed.

At this point I don't care. I'm not going to play this game either way.

-
I have no qualms with you, I do however have problems with Bioware.

----
I have tried the drivers.

The game won't pause, it basically doesn't allow me to attack most of the time, it's all random.

The main bug of this game is the storyline, it just doesn't seem to work at all.
