Trying to find ways to increase the vcore on this card, Msi afterburner no luck with the proper settings, RBE wont let me change the volts but it allowed me to bypass the ccc limit.

This is whats its running at now.

I really like this card and feel like its got a lot more headroom I just need to get around the volt issue on it.

What would you guys recommend to get the best out of this card, I'm the type of person that wants to learn so anything is good information.

I would always recommend to do some soldering

This is the IC(integrated circuit) which is responsible for vGPU:

If you want to try a vmod please post its writing, should be uP62**

Ok I'm going to be blatantly obvious with you, I would love to do a vmod on this card but, this is my first attempt.

Please tell me everything I need to provide you in order to ensure I'm doing this correctly and also let me know all that I will need in order to do this.

I really am determined to learn this the right way the first time.

At first it would be nice if you can take a high/res shot of that area which you can see on the attachement. That's all I need but you need the tools for doing a vmod
digital multimeter, soldering iron, grease, solder, wires, variable resistors.

I can definitely do that after work, I work for the next two days then I'm off for three days so I'll have plenty of time to get all the info you'll need.

Would also like information on how to OC or do voltmod. I have messed with RBE but my Sapphire 5670 512 (Redwood) wont let me. I'm wondering if a Bios Flash or a pencil mod is necessary. Stock Clock OC are at 850/1050.

5670's often surpass 1000mhz core on air cooling with mods...
ya would like to know in detail on how to go about that if u have any info concerning the issue. It would be very much appreciated.
There are a few mod guides here in the section... read through them, they are very detailed. Once you have an understanding about what you need to do, and have some of the materials to do such.. performing the mod is a 5-15min process, with verification.

For hard mods- its recommended to have at least a good 15-20W iron and small diam. solder for low temp applications. As well..every modder needs a Digital Multi-Meter for toning/tracing circuits and measuring resistance, and DC voltage.

Sorry guys for my long absence things in life have obstructed my journey of making this card do what I want. I'm off for the next 5 days so the first chance I get I will get the picture you need and post it.
