Strange bottom bar flickering

OK so I have CF'ed 5870 o/ced to 900/1300. Not too high, and run eyefinity with 3 1080P monitors. 1 DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 DP->DVI. When ONLY at the main desktop (not in game or watching movie) the bottom 1/2 inch flickers when I make select box or move a window. I have NO idea why it's doing this and it ONLY flickers on the bottom 1/2 of the DVI and HDMI monitors, not the DisplayPort one. I understand DP is data/packet based monitor signal vs the digital signal that dvi/hdmi use. Any idea why it might be doing that?

btw both GPU's are at 28 celcius, so VERY cool and the cpu cores idle at like 38-40 so I know it's not overheating issues. thx in advance for any help
