Need some advice

Hello ppl, i currently have a pretty old system, except for my GTX 460.

And i want to upgrade it, i have a few options. But, i cant spend too much on this system. So i want something not too expensive, but with a nice performance. I had this in mind, what do you guys think of it?

Intel Core i5 2500
Gigabyte GA-PA65-UD3-B3
3x2 GB DDR3 RAM

other systems recommended by users :

Intel Core i5 2500k
ASUS P8P67 PRO (SLI supported)
2x4 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600

I literally have no clue about the new sandybridge processors, so any other processor (intel only) advices are welcome !

dont get i5 2500,its very hard to overclock,
insted get i5 2500k,
'k' series cpu has unlocked multiplier so they are easy to unlock,
for the mobo get:
asus p8p67 pro
sandy bridge support dual channel ram,so either get 2x2gb=4gb or get 2x4gb/4x2gb=8gb
Hope this helps u

u cant push it even by a little margin, these new sandy bridge cpu(which are not 'k' series) are impossible to overclock,so better get i5 2500k,
hope this helps
