Also make sure quick boot is enabled in BIOS so its not running unnecessary test during boot.

Deleted XP Mode, and the boot time went up a full minute, ***. Also, checked the bios, and it is in quick boot. Looks like I'm just gonna restore later tonight.

I wasn't referring to XP Mode. Go to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Installed Updates and look for the virtual pc update. I don't know if they're the same or not, but that's what did it for me. Anyhow I hope you get it figured out, as that is annoying.
