Id still go for the mcw 80's as they are universal and if later down the line you find you want to say sli or upgrade cards the block is gonna work for that card also instead of buying a whole new card/block.
And even with the block you picked you dont need the memory coolers just use the metal plate that is on the card currently.
The mcw 80 comes with barbs, also if you use a kill coil like what comes with your kit you dont have to use pt nuke just kill coil and distilled water
Another thing to note i don't think the enzotech blocks will work with your 480.

Enzotech blocks are just as universal as MCW80, they just aren't so restrictive as Swiftech blocks. Just read this article and you will find out that there is more universal blocks than only Swiftech MCW80: http://skinneelabs.com/universalgpu-nv480/ .
