Nice

Btw the cuts for the motherboard tray mod are pretty rough, could cut some fingers

Colour scheme for the tray? Or no colour at all?

Haha thanks

Sandpaper will fix that easily

Colour Scheme? UH.. I think I already stated my colour scheme earlier but it's going to be purple + black, the silver bits will be purple and the main tray will be black (black is dominant colour)

Hey guys!

This is just a small update, I'll get this quickly done

So, As you guys know I finished cutting up the 2 motherboard trays and have done the modding and little bits to put it together; now I have a functional motherboard tray!!!!!!!!!

Screwed together:

Now, for testing I'm going to use one of my fried 775 motherboards taken out of my father's desktops (I fixed him up with an AMD x4 AM3 system, BIG difference)

It's Matx, but it should tell me if the stand-offs are accurate or not.

Fixed with my old and TRUSTY Palit 8400GS, I miss it

With motherboard stand-offs fixed on, I place it onto the tray, fingers crossed that this will work!

And... it fits!

I guess this from-scratch idea really paid off, now I have a functional motherboard tray!

Fit on with the case back plate:

WOOT!

So yea, this update pretty much shows the motherboard mod works
And before I typed this I just finished my artwork for my school art competition

The prize is $500, AUD, seriously you could get
5 frickin 360mm radiators!!

So I really hope I win, with the prize money I can get this mod done quickly and I can get my hands on some tasty hardware!

Well that's it for now!

Stay tuned for MOAR!

It's reeeeeeeaaaaally good I tell ya. Be careful when sanding the mobo edges, we don't want you breaking your leg by tripping over fingers lying all over the floor!

Also, that painting is very good.

I didn't really consider it pr0n until I saw FoB's build Dark April. But, on the other hand, every build with the Silverstone Tj07 is world-class pr0n.

I still remember that mod... it was pretty sexy

All TJ-07 mods MUST be sexy, because if you have the money to get one, you should be able to have the money to get loads of other good-looking expensive techy junk

This is going well for a generic case mod I have to admit, bigfatwilly doesn't even know the brand of it
