On the contrary. Wear normal clothes and go at a time where it's suitable to be there. If anyone catches you just have a cover story. Like, "Oh, my friend threw my USB in here and I'm just looking for it.".

What, me, theif? Never.

**** legality go in at night take the parts leave the case. buy some cheap clothing that is stealthy, blends in with your schools surroundings, and can be thrown away.

Wait a month then sell small quantities at a time on ebay.

Just do what I did a few years back. I went running (literally) at the track around my high school on a Saturday, the gates are all locked but people jump them all the time to go running around the track (the track area always used to be unlocked since its a public school but there was too much vandalism), so there I am in shorts/sweaty shirt/running shoes/backpack. I was walking home about to jump the fence when I noticed that a bunch of new-ish computers were in the garbage bins, so I inspected them but the cases had there hard drives, processors, and memory pulled, so that was a bust.... I then noticed some older computers next to them which had there hard drives pulled but everything else was there, unfortunately they were 10+ years old and the only "cool" parts in them were some old VooDoo 3D vid cards that I rounded up mainly to use as paper weights since there not worth anything nowadays.. So in short go dressed in running/workout clothes and get sweaty..or just throw some water on your shirt and hair to make it believable to anyone that might ask what you are doing. If they do just tell them that you were running around the track "like you do every weekend.." you went to throw some trash away and accidentally threw away the money that was also in your pocket so your looking for it. chances are you'll walk in and not be bothered by anyone, except maybe by a coach/teacher that is getting something from their office on the weekend.

4gb RAM=$25 each AT LEAST! That means there is about $500 worth of RAM alone (you could likely get closer to $800 for it all) and then the processors...

Wow there's a lot of stupid posts in this thread.

DONT go in the middle of the night wearing all black, if a cop comes (which most schools are designated for the police to drive by at night) he will question you and will think you broke in and stole them.

I'm surprised the school has no auctioning process for old equipment. In my county you can't even dispose of electronics in the trash, at least en masse.
