Assassin´s Creed Brotherhood problems! - Page 4

the latest Nvidia Drivers.

If that did not help you there is another way.

Download the Nvidia Profile Tool.
Then click Export and create a profile (screen of the Tool)
Open that profile.
Profiles for other games will be preexisting ...so will a profile for Assassins Creed 2.
Just write in the Assassins Creed 2 profile the following text like shown in the screen shot: Executable "ACBSP.exe"

Save the File.
Then select it by clicking Import and done.

SLI should be working!

What Drivers are you running? "The latest" isn't really helpful. I have the latest and it's not working.

It's not even SLI. It just freakin's stutters and it frustrates me.

Drivers have nothing to do with that issue because they do not include a profile for this game yet but don´t worry you got me for that:)

Ok Ok I will do it again very slowly and carefully.

1.)Download this program:http://www.geeks3d.com/20100528/manage-your-sli-profiles-with-nvidia-geforce-sli-profile-tool/

2.)Double click the downloaded file then this should appear:Attached Pic 1

3.)Click on Export Profile.

4.)Choose a path for example your Desktop then click Save.If you leave the name of the file it should be called Nvidia Profiles.

5.)Once you have created it a txt named Nvidia Profiles.txt should be on your desktop or whatever path you have chosen.

6.)Double click Nvidia Profiles.txt

7.)Profiles in form of coding will appear for all the current games.

8.)Look for the "Assassins Creed II" text.

9.)Once you have found it delete the two Executables and paste this one into it Executable "ACBSP.exe"

If you are not sure you have done it right look at the Pic 3 I attached.
In the end the "Assassins Creed II" profile text should exactly look like my screen.

10.)Exit and save the txt

11.)Open your Nvidia SLI Profile Tool again and click on Import

12.)Select the path you created the Nvidia Profile.txt and double click the txt to import it.

13.)If it all worked out the tool should inform you that the import was successful.

14.)Your game performance should be much better now but to be sure enable the GPU % usage depiction in EVGA Precision or Afterburner:)

15.)I hope I could help you and that I explained it as understandable as possible!!

Edit:This will only work for the retail version because the name of the exe is ACBSP.exe if you have it from a certain SKIDRO* then just rename ACBSP.exe with whatever name your Gamelaunching exe has ...for example Ezio.exe ...etc.

For further answers just ask;)

Alright, if I have any questions I'll be sure to ask.

Oh wait, I did. What drivers are you using?

Also, I've tried everything you've posted. Being condescending doesn't make things suddenly work just because they did for you.

Lastly, in every single PM you've sent me you've requested "Rep."

Screw the rep. I give rep when people don't beg for it. The more you beg for it, the less I want to give it to you.

Oh and, being condescending doesn't land you "Rep" either.

Screw it, I'll just get my money back.

Sry but I listed every step with extreme precision it does not get easier than that.
My grandmother could insert the profile with that listing.

When will you understand that your SLI problem has nothing to do with the Nvidia drivers?

Assassins Creed Brotherhood has no integrated SLI profiles and so don´t the current Nvidia Drivers.

The only thing one can do in such a situation is either write their own profiles or add the exe of the game to an existing SLI profile of another game or even better a predecessor.

I explained to you how you add the ACBSP.exe to the Assassin´s Creed II SLI profile now for the third time and as accurate and unmisinterpretable as possible.
If you still are unable to comprehend sry and your ungrateful and annyoing behavior on top of that is just -.-!

I wrote 15 minutes made screens and even listed it all just for you and this is how you thank me?
I never asked for anything?
I suggested it.. and I think for what I have done for him that is well justified.

When will you understand that I did everything you said. And it did not work. You're acting like I have zero PC knowledge and I'm some idiot. Again, just because it worked for you doesn't mean it works for everyone.

And I've tried your way. Multiple times. Different ways. I'm sorry I'm apparently inept with computers or profiles then you or your ancestors.

I also explained to you that I've done what you asked. To the letter. Ungrateful? Annoying? I don't know what's more annoying, your blantant condescending toward me, or your "suggestive" rep.

Thank you? I didn't ask you for that. I asked your latest drivers. I've tried your way and it didn't work. So instead of providing what I asked, which was your driver information, you instead give me screens and repeated info that I never asked for. And while I appreciate, the patronizing attitude you had toward me because I'm "just a dum dum" is where it went downhill.

Your answer is unfortunately, not the one for everyone. It's not the end all to be all, so hop off the pedestal and lose the holier than thou attitude because it's not cut and dry as you think it is.

Also, your "suggestions" for rep were extremely pushy. I got it the first time you PM'd me, and every other time after that. I would have possibly repped you had you not continued to push it on me, and actually solved my problems without being a d-bag about it.

It is not "my way".
There is no other way then adding the exe to an existing SLI profile or writing your own.
That is the "only way" to make it clear for you:)
The only other thing you can do except that is wait for new drivers or a game patch.

But to satisfy your need:I use the 266.58 now you know.
Ok but I am still not giving up on you!tongue.gif
So let´s try again.

Where did you go wrong?
Did the Nvidia SLI Profile Tool say "Profile Successfully imported"?
Tell me what went wrong.

And omg do not exaggerate the rep thing I suggested it at the and of the message and it was meant as a joke!
