Radeon bios editor flashes cause a crash right after "starting windows"

Thread Starter
So I edit my unlocked (I tried the locked version as well but no improvement) 6950's bios in RBE, saved it to a .rom, and flashed the said rom to the card with atiwinflash. When I restart it gets up to the point where your logon screen would pop up, then it crashes and reboots.

All I changed was just the core speed and voltage. Is this a compat problem with the 69xx cards or am I just doin' it wrong?

If it crashes it means the system is unable to load the edited bios. Clock it down a little at a time until you reach a stable OC.
