Xbox 360 Gaming Monitor help

looking for a monitor specifically for xbox 360 gaming...i went to frys thinking all i have to find is the best 2ms monitor and then the employees told me to get one with the 120hz as well and im all confuse...i had narrowed it down to the following 2

i really like the asus one but looking to make the best purchase...again, its only being used for gaming but the key is competitive gaming

benq g2420HD - not a great monitor for the pc, but great for xbox gaming (because the xbox visauls just aren't good, but good enough to do justice to the g2420)

EDIT: no need for 120hz, considering the xbox pulls about 30fps on average in games

will check out the benq, thanks

on a side note, i play call of duty and i think that runs at 60fps...still no to the 120hz???

to fully benefit from 120hz - you need games running at 120fps (at least more than 60fps)

and no xbox game does that
