Lookin for some help, Sempron LE 1300

My gf has a computer from Best Buy they bought years agao with a Sempron LE 1300 2.3ghz cpu in it and onboard graphics, and from all I can tell, a Pegatron Narra5 Rev a-3 motherboard with 2gb ddr2 ram.

Trying to get a solid little upgrade, but obviously I'm limited.

She wants to play all the Tomb Raider games, Call of Juarez BnB, Assassins Creed, games like that a couple to a few years old.

Had a generic 250w PSU in there so I ordered an Antec EW 380w solid little PSU for it. Now my first question is what kinda video card should I go for. Giving the games she wants to play, the cpu being single core and speed of it, and the PSU, which is actually pretty decent 32a on 12v rail.

Other question is does anyone know much about this board and what chips I can upgrade it to?

that cpu is extremely poor for playing games, and that mobo is a complete crap,
u dont need to change your ram,
get a ddr2 mobo,
asus m2n68am+ ($40)
its cheap & a decent one(ddr2 ram supported mobo)
for the cpu get,
athlonII x2 240/250 ($60)
for the gpu get,
hd4850 ($60 at newegg)
or
gts450 ($90)
hope u like this

Thanks for the replies guys, the cpu and mobo are very poor and will be upgraded within next month or 2, thats the easy part, but PSU and video card I am upgrading now and have a PSU but want a decent card to go with it for now without being too bottlenecked by the cpu. I am looking at 8800 GT or GTS thats on sale here on OCN for $50 bucks, seem ok?
