No way could they sell this so cheap.
It's not a scam. As I know EADM keys can be bought cheaply from Russia as EA doesn't put Regional Restrictions on their keys. However read my above post and I would stay away from pre-orders.

The reason why they are cheap is because the dollar is more expensive than russian currency (Ruble).I think right now $1 is 28 Ruble. If you go to russia and exchange $100 to Ruble you will get 2800 Ruble and each game cost about 400 Ruble or less... and you can buy like 7 games for 100bucks

1 US dollar = 28 Russian Rubles that is correct. And yes since the american dollar is of such a higher value people who buy russian keys and then resell them can still put a good 15%-25% markup from what they purchased them from and make a heck of a profit. Now again I wouldn't really Pre-Order, but when the games comes out there is nothing wrong at that time to purchase it from them. I have had a friend or two but some russian keys from intkeys and all their games have worked flawlessly. Even was able to activate a few of them on steam and it automatically downloaded the english version for them.

So by your logic someone selling Chinese food would HAVE to be Chinese and someone selling pizza would have to be Italian?
Actually, your logic fails.

Gray markets are sales of product licensed/manufacturer for a specific country and sold in another.

i.e. Some SLR cameras are cheaper in Japan so some people import them to the US for resale. If something breaks, you have no warranty.
Once again...

BF3 deserves to be purchased as a retail copy.
I'm sure there will be deals on them later in the year.
