The only thing con I could think of from running caseless is that your room temps will be warmer. I sometimes feel my room being warmer (especially while doing something GPU/CPU intensive) after I decided to go caseless

Wouldn't the GPU(s) be loud too? Or would the external placement bring temps low enough that the fan wouldn't need to be running near max?

I have an 800d with watercooling currently, quite the opposite of caseless atm, but maybe for my next build something like this would be interesting.
