Hello, I'm trying to find out what router I should get since I just switched ISP's.
It'd be awesome if you guys could recommend something along these lines:

- 300Mbps Transfer Rates
- Ethernet Port Interface
- WPA2 support
- Wireless N

Price range - No higher than 40 USD.

If you can muster $10 you'll have the best (imo) mainstream router available.

Or, for $20 more you get Gigabit LAN:

I use TP-Link a lot and they're extremely easy to use and reliable. Plus, even though their HQ is in Asia, their customer service for the States is in CA. English speaking tech support!

Thanks for the replies guys.

The thing is though, I can't raise the budget anymore. I'm not the one paying for it, so I can't decide on the price.

I bought one of these when I didn't have much income and couldn't afford RT-N16:

Seemed okay, firmware is pretty basic but it was always stable. My parents router died so I gave this one to them, it hasn't given them any issues in over a year of use.

At the time they didn't support DD-WRT, but if you get lucky and a 1.0 version one you could put that on there.
