Yup... If you've changed the barracuda for a spinpoint or a wd black, then you're good to go. Good luck

20+4 means that the CPU connector is a 4 pin that is separated from the ATX12V 20 pin connector, **BUT** can also be reconnected to it for motherboards that require a 24 pin
The key is to make sure your PSU is EPS12v compatible, which means it will have an 8 pin CPU power connector, which is what you need on boards these days, for driving quads.

Now, more to the point:
If you want to buy a 1000W PSU, you don't need one of that wattage unless you plan on either pumping 1.7 vcore into a CPU with 3+ video cards, BUT it's not a bad choice to get a PSU that size, AS LONG AS YOU GET ONE THAT IS AT LEAST SILVER certified, and hopefully 90% efficiency/gold.

The reason is simple.
If a power supply is 90% efficient, what this mean is, if your computer is trying to draw 450 watts for the system, the power supply will draw 500 watts from the wall. (the remaining 10% is lost as heat). So the more efficient the PSU, the lower your electric bill will be. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED. If you pay $300 for a 92% efficient PSU, that might seem like $100 too much, but by the time a year passes, you will have SAVED that money on electricity and made up the cost vs a less efficient model, especially if you are loading the system a lot.

If you want SLI or crossfire, I personally would have 850W as my bare minimum. You never know when you will add more drives, fans, whatever to the system, and the more power draw, the louder the PSU fans spin. Having a cushion of a few hundred watts is nice, even with lower voltage cpu's.

This becomes even MORE important (making 850 as your bare minimum!!) if you start overclocking and overvolting the video cards!! You could VERY quickly wind up drawing 300 watts per video card. Suddenly that 750W doesn't look so enticing anymore.

You also need a CPU cooler. Stock pushpins are a royal PITA.
But if you're using corsair vengeance sticks, you need to worry about clearance issues with slots being blocked. The Hyper 212+ heatsink should be able to clear the vengeances but might require resting the dimm on the HS. Why are you planning on using the stock heatsink and fan?

And why only 4 GB of RAM? You should be using 8 GB mimimum now (6 GB for 1366) unless you're trying to go for bench records, where then 2x2GB will give you higher scores by letting you push the system harder than 2x4 GB.

You're really going with that optical drive? Why cripple your system with THAT?

All jokes aside i'd go with a Western Digital Black 1TB drive instead. Other than that not bad, besides that gfx card, maybe a 6950 instead as they're the same price and take less power?
