I have the same model but the 1.5tb version. Any sata 3 cable would work pretty well... You could use a sata 6, but you won't see any performance gains.

Your motherboard will likely come with all the cables you need you don't need to buy them seperate (unless you are buying and opnebox deal).

Yea, when I got my mobo, it came with 2 sata 6 cables and 6 sata 3 cables... More cables than anyone would ever need...

Ha! Yeah the evga board in my sig rig came with so much stuff I've used it to wire 2 other computers and I still have cables left over.

I personaly recommend either corsair or seasonic (as long as it is reputable) 750W 80+ certified psu and you will be fine...
