What are your current settings in the BIOS?

Few points I can see you getting issues on, probably RAM, you may want to OC that too, (but not at the same time.

Also, common mistakes people make are leaving the uncore and QPI frequency to their on devices, boh of these should be set to their lowest settings.

well thx for coming back for me so fast :>
now for the bios i get the next 190x20 with 1.280v rams do run on 1.5v from factory @ 1333 now they are runing @ 1520 same vlots (tell 1800) QPI multi x18 uncore multi x16 mem mutli x8 (4x8) qpi volts 1.27 rest on auto for now :>
and yes the rams are the bad place here but hey i can get them runing @ 1800 on 1.5v but anyways i can run them @ 1150ish on the same oc now so i guess they are in good place so far so any thoughts i need to lower the damn vcore to get good temps or maybe better speeds im running my frio fans @ low i can go for mid if i can push this cpu more to the 4k+ with lower or same volts ^^ <3

Try running with the x19 multiplier instead of the x20. For some reason, that x20 multi doesn't work well with a lot of motherboards. The jump from 3.8ghz to 4.0ghz will take a big jump in Vcore so be prepared.

There are a lot of tutorials and posts re: OC'ing a i7 920. Do a little searching in this thread and try some of those settings. What batch # i7 are you running?
