Thunderbolt if your area is scheduled to have 4G any time before u would normally upgrade; if not. Just go with a Droid X or Incredible. Droid 2's are nice if you like the qwerty.

The thunderbolt is a similiar form factor, but it's not quite the same. They improved the screen, the cameras, upped the ram, better processor, better GPU, better kickstand, etc. It's more of an Evo 1.5 (with a 2.0 being a fully modern dual core etc device).

Thunderbolt = 4G much faster network and its a Android phone. win in my book
iPhone 4 = still stuck on 3G not as fast
